Production Capabilities
International Nonwoven boasts a state-of-the-art rolling and slitting facility capable of producing rolls from small tape widths up to 2.13 meters. Standard lengths include 100, 200, 250, 500, and 750 meters, with custom lengths available upon request. Our filter rolls are individually wrapped in dustproof plastic packaging and labelled before dispatch, ensuring they reach you in pristine condition.
We also produce nonwoven discs and sheets in varying sizes, packaged in bespoke cartons for ease of handling. Punched holes and sewn envelopes are within our production capabilities, allowing us to meet diverse filtration needs.
Comprehensive Flatbed Filtration Systems
International Nonwoven provides complete flatbed coolant filter units incorporating nonwoven filter rolls. These units are designed to eliminate both magnetic and non-magnetic particles from neat oil and emulsion. Our systems offer a filtration range from 10 to 50 microns, with models available to accommodate flow rates from 50 to 400 l/min for emulsion and 25 to 200 l/min for neat oil.
